As the Business Administrator you will lead the administration team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both our customers and staff. It may be hearing the smile in your voice as you answer a phone call, your quick and reliable response to any request, or helping a client with a simple need. You'll be dedicated to your administration tasks, and in all that you do, you will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.

Contributing to seamless operation and organisation by completing tasks as delegated, you will ensure all customer records are maintained and documented according to legislative and BaptistCare requirements.

This is a full-time role working from our office in Goulburn, Monday to Friday.

**What do we need from you?**

To meet the requirements of the role you will:

- Have proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills
- Previous experience in the supervision and development of staff
- Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have working numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
- Experience within an aged care or similar environment is highly desirable
