We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Finance Administrator to join our Goulburn team. As the team member responsible for Finance and Admin you will manage our finance software, including data entry, bank reconciliation, and payroll.
Your mission will be to ensure the finance department provides timely support to management, the team, and our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry: Sales - Enter sale orders and generate paperwork e.g. delivery notes, tax invoices
- Enter purchase order and expense invoices
- Pay approved invoices by credit card and EFT.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash and staff expenditure; reconcile fuel purchase receipts with fuel card invoices; and add both to Saasu.
- Accurate filing of accounts payable and receivable paperwork.
- Ad Hoc Admin and Housekeeping tasks (answering phones, shopping, lunchroom/kitchen tidy, lunch prep, etc.)
- Help plan and organise travel, calendars, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar
- Completion of Year 12
- Touch Typing & Data Entry
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 Software
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team environment and with upper management
- High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
- Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
