About the Role

Are you a passionate and organised administrator looking to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families? Anglicare is seeking a 
compassionate and culturally aware Administration Support Officer
 to join our CYFHD team. You'll play a key role in supporting trauma-informed, person-centred services for vulnerable individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and reception support across CYFHD services.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, fleet vehicles, and office logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational policies.
  • Support onboarding, recruitment, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage calendars, funding reports, and audits.
  • Engage respectfully with Aboriginal and CALD communities, upholding cultural safety.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar (or working toward).
  • Experience in disability, healthcare, or community services preferred.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of NDIS principles and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
