
Administrative Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and organisation of our administration tasks.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in office administration, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for maintaining and documenting customer records according to legislative requirements, as well as contributing to the development and growth of staff members.
This is a full-time role working from our office in Goulburn, Monday to Friday, offering a rewarding career in aged care.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in Office Administration
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Previous experience in the supervision and development of staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Competence in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
About This Role
As the Business Administrator, you will lead the administration team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both our customers and staff.
Contributing to seamless operation and organisation by completing tasks as delegated, you will ensure all customer records are maintained and documented according to legislative and regulatory requirements.
