Harmony Home and Community Care is looking for an Administration Assistant to work as part of our growing team

What duties does an Admin Assistant have?

Administrative Assistants perform a wide range of duties in a variety of positions and may do some of the following:

- Follow up on client issues until they are resolved
- Plan meetings and arrange conference calls
- Manage calendars, phone and face-to-face meetings
- General office administration

What responsibilities does an Administrative Assistant have?

An Administrative Assistant is typically responsible for:

- Input and updating of spreadsheets
- Organising, updating and care of confidential client and staff files
- Scheduling meetings and events for business employees and potential visitors
- Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients
- Organizing internal business operations

Experience & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- General office administration skills

Required qualities:

- Clear and fluent English
- Great attitude, reliable and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized, with great time management skills
- Accurate -attention to detail
- Punctual and Reliable

Must be able to show they can work in a team and time management is essential.

Own transport is required and parking is available onsite.

**Job Type**: part time/full time

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Work hours: 24 per week minimum

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorization:

- Australia (required)

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
