**Dental Lodge**, the newest dental practice in the Sutherland Shire, is on the look for a dynamic and motivated Dental Receptionist to join the team.

**Position: Dental Receptionist**

Location: Cronulla, NSW

Hours: Part-Time/ Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Relations: be the welcoming face of our dental practice. Greet patients with a smile, answer calls promptly and assist with scheduling appointments. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with the dental team to address issues promptly;
- Appointment Coordination: efficiently manage the appointment schedule, ensuring optimal patient flow. Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling when necessary;
- Administrative Support: perform various administrative tasks, including patient registration, insurance verification and maintaining organised patient records;
- Communication: liaise between patients and dental staff, ensuring clear communication and a positive patient experience. Provide information on treatments, procedures, and payment options.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic is a plus
