**About The Role**:
In this customer focused role, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and positive team environment.
This is a **site-based role**, working **Monday - Friday**, located at the **Mayfield** office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, making InfraBuild our customers' supplier of choice.
- Proactive end-to-end management of customer orders across our national supply chain
- Managing the communication flow between our customers and our business
- Being the pivotal link between our customers and our internal stakeholders which include Operations, Commercial, Supply & Fulfilment teams.
Ideally you will have the following:
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships
- A 'can-do' attitude and proactive approach to managing daily challenges
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve with a strong attention to detail
