**About Your Role: Project Scheduler**

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced **Project Scheduler to join our team based in Rydalmere. **As part of our Underwater Systems group, you will be supporting key stakeholders in the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (cost, resource and schedule information) to meet the KPI targets.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and scheduling the scope of work within the Project Management tool
- Preparation of PMO monthly reporting inputs for Control Account / Work Package / Project / Programme dashboards
- Implementation of EV methods and reporting if required
- Maintenance of relevant project management artefacts such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Drive the development and maintenance of the PMB and actively participate in the Integrated Baseline Review
- Provide required deliverables to the customer as contracted
- Actively support the development and maintenance of Risk & Opportunities
- Assist and support the team leader on assigned tasks
- Carry out analysis of project schedule and cost performance

**How About You?**
- Strong experience in Project planning and Controls and Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera and Scheduling Tools
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management
- Working knowledge in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Working knowledge of schedule acceleration concepts or tools such as Acumen 360
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player and goal orientated
- Ability to work under pressure
