We're looking for someone who brings clarity, foresight, and rigour to every phase of project planning.Your Daily BlueprintMaster Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple workstreams.Planning Integration: Align program timelines with design, procurement, approvals, construction, and close-out phases.
Assign tasks and set deadlines.Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, forecast risks, and support on-time delivery through proactive tracking.Collaboration: Work closely with the wider project team to validate assumptions, sequencing, and resource availability.Reporting: Generate clear and concise reports, including lookaheads, critical paths, and delays.Continuous Improvement: Optimise scheduling practices and recommend efficiencies that support project and business performance.Your New Professional HomeBased in Sydney, you'll work in a company that values autonomy, rigour, and collaboration.
