We are seeking bright and motivated individuals to join our **NDIS Support workers team**to provide support to one of our clients in **Glen Waverly**. The team provides a range of services to ensure that our client has choice and control in how they live their lives within their local community. Duties could include:

- Providing personal care
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Community access

**Skills and experience**:
**In joining the team, you must have**:

- **Must have** Cert IV in Disability and/or relevant 3yrs of experience.
- Be willing to undergo a **NDIS workers screen**, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- Have your own reliable transport and a **Vic driver's license.**
