SMB Tomorrow Consulting Services is passionate to support small business growth and its competitiveness for TOMORROW by providing excellent back-office accounting services and automating back-office accounting operations in a constantly changing business environment. The services include bookkeeping, payroll, accounting system cloud integrations, financial reporting, and virtual construction administration. The role will involve considerable interaction with business service consultants and clients directly.

**Responsibility includes, but not limited to**
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Processing payroll
- Reconciliations
- Reporting
- BAS preparation
- Accounting software Setup
- Office administrations

**Qualifications and other attributes**:

- Certificate IV in accounting or recent graduates in accounting.
- 2 - 3 years of QuickBooks or Xero bookkeeping experiences; Xero practice and tax experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Good organization and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Experience in e-commerce, construction, hospitality, retail or medical industries is a bonus.
- Must have interests in accounting technologies.

We are seeking a team player who is happy to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize them when needed.
