About The RoleThe Asset Administrator & Analyst plays an important role in creating value for the business by supporting the National Asset Coordinator and National Asset Manager in all aspects with daily operational management of the fleet, including but not limited to the management of the Leased vehicle fleet and working with internal and external stakeholders.
A key element of the role includes Audit and Data preparation for annual FBT reportingKey ResponsibilitiesFleet Database Information ManagementRegistration Renewals and Roadworthy InspectionsManage General Enquiries from Drivers and Site ContactsManage recharge requests from leasing companies, including stakeholder approvalsUsing a variety of data analysis tools to interpret and report on dataSupport the Category Management team in data analytics requirmentsProactively suggesting improvement to processes or approachesReporting on past events, issues and trendsActing as a liaison between different departments within the organisationDemonstrated ability to operate in SAP and various modules of AribaSkills And ExperienceExperience in Fleet Management including vehicle leasing and dealing with roads and transport authoritiesWell organised with excellent oral and written communication skills.Make decisions to drive the right business and financial outcomesProven ability to work on ERP systems such as SAP and others.Proven ability in building & maintaining effective team relationships, with strong leadership and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-up to ensure accurate and complete contractual documentationContract administration experience.Ability to prioritise and manage large volumes of workHigh level of computer literacy with deep skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to work in a calm manner, prioritise competing demands and solve enquiries efficientlyKey BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
