Electrodry is seeking an Administration superstarwith a can-do attitude and a desire to get involved in all areas of our business. This is the ideal role for a detail orientated person with great problem solving skills who enjoys engaging with customers.

Purpose of the Position:

The Administration assistant will be the primary point of contact for all things related to vehicles and equipment.You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are accounted for and maintained, whilst being involved in the customer facing elements of the business such as our rug wash and storage businesses

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee vehicle repairs and work with the management team to ensure repairs are efficient.

Handle vehicle insurance claims.

Ensure assets (equipment) are accounted for and update the equipment register.

Allocate identification tags to new items and reallocate assets when needed.

Co-ordinate and carry out bi-annual asset audits.

General Business & Customer Service:

Provide customer service support for our rug wash and storage business including greeting customers, providing pricing and quotations along with general customer service

Answer phone calls and handle general administrative tasks as required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Strong accuracy in processing data.

Ability to work within a team environment.

Previous experience in a high volume administration role or working in a business with exposure to vehicles and equipment is preferred but not required.
