**The company**
A renowned experience design consultancy that has a global reach is looking for a CX strategist. With strong ethical and moral compass to prioritise and focus on work with social impact. A small team of 13, this is a critical role for the business. **The opportunity**
This is a highly unique opportunity to join a renowned experience design and technology consultancy that look to achieve a positive global impact through design led solutions. As the UX strategist you will report directly into the co-founder and work closely to create and build a culture of CX strategy.

**DUTIES**
- Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative research on multiple projects to inform customer journey mapping amongst other discovery based UX and service design principles
- Immerse yourself in key projects from end to end

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- CX design, Service design or discovery led UX design skills
- Strategy and product road mapping
- Strong research led validation experience and skills
- Consultancy experience highly regarded

**CULTURE**
Close knit team that like to work together in person and virtually. Hybrid model is preferred. So if you want to be fully remote this is not the role for you. If you want a hybrid and flexible environment and meet people in the office a couple of days a week then this is the environment for you.
