We are seeking an accomplished UX/UI Design Lead to oversee our design team, comprised of expert eCommerce designers at a rapidly growing digital agency specializing in the eCommerce space.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A strong background in digital website design with team leadership experience preferably within b2c, lifestyle, retail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, responsive web design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Creative & UX Expertise: An outstanding eye for typography, layout, interaction, and UX conventions.
  • Team Leader: Experience mentoring and developing designers in a studio environment.
  • Project Confident: Ability to scope work, manage timelines, and collaborate with PMs and developers.
  • Problem Solver: Passionate about improving processes, tools, and delivery pipelines.
  • Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication especially when working with cross-functional teams.
