As a senior UX Content Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of Content Design at our organization; it's a collaborative effort that values diverse perspectives. You'll work closely with the content team to drive innovation and excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Auditing existing self-help experiences and suggesting improvements to enhance user engagement
  • Defining tone and guidelines for self-help experiences to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborating with the team to identify, test, and experiment on opportunities for self-help content growth
  • Developing content patterns that scale in-context help in our editor, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Partnering with our Content Strategist to create a comprehensive content strategy that underpins help and support across the organization

As a senior UX Content Designer, you'll apply your writing skills and User Experience principles to craft UX copy that empowers Canva users to collaborate efficiently.
