Our client is one of Australia's largest privately-owned companies in the finance space and they are wanting to grow out their Resolution's team. If successful you will be working alongside a diverse and energetic team to deliver a best-in-class approach to customer experience.

**The Role**:

- Working with portfolios from major Australian institutions
- Use high level negotiation skills to come up with resolutions for each unique customer situation
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints and disputes focused on factual and fair reviews
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find win-win resolutions for customers
- Negotiate suitable options to settle accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Role model fair and ethical practices
