The Role:

  • Working with portfolios from major Australian institutions

  • Investigating and responding to customer complaints and disputes with factual and fair reviews
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to find win-win resolutions for customers
  • Negotiating suitable options to settle accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience
Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in dispute resolutions or customer care spaces, preferably in finance, debt, or banking
  • Flexibility and empathy in resolving disputes and communicating with customers
  • A high level of problem-solving ability
