**About the Opportunity**

As the Production Coordinator for our night shift, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our team of cleaners. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this role involves actively participating in the cleaning process to ensure efficient and thorough execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the night shift cleaning team, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Schedule and allocate cleaning assignments, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the required standards within specified timeframes.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in the cleaning process as needed, particularly during peak periods or when additional support is required.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure alignment with production schedules.

**About you;**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or production environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
