Night Shift Operations Coordinator
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless execution of hotel services during evening hours. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and orienting guests, verifying their identity, processing payments, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Maintaining accurate financial records for each guest according to their preferences.
- Entering relevant guest information into the system and securing payments prior to issuing room keys.
- Preparing comprehensive daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
- Closing and reconciling cash transactions.
This position also entails assisting management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching team members. This includes fostering positive working relationships, supporting team objectives, and addressing employee concerns. The role demands adherence to established policies and procedures, reporting incidents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:To excel as a Night Shift Operations Coordinator, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
