As our business grows, we are looking for a dedicated **Night-Time Team Leader** to oversee production operations and ensure efficiency during night shifts.

**The Role**:
As the **Night-Time Team Leader**, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operatives, ensuring smooth and safe operation of machinery, and maintaining high-quality production standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate night shift operations, ensuring production targets are met.
- Operate and troubleshoot machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of production operatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor production quality, carrying out regular checks and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct shift handovers and report any issues to senior management.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production and machinery performance.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment ideal (food production preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining production machinery.
- Understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
