**The Space...**
It's a privately owned boutique co-working corporate space with breakout areas and small boardrooms. There are permanent tenants as well as visitors who can hire out the larger boardroom. Barista made coffee and bar facilities
**What we are counting on you for...**
- Your immaculate presentation and genuine love for providing a hospitable service
- Your attention to detail is second to none in all aspects of the role (service standards, venue presentation, communication, maintenance etc.)
- You are a rapport and relationship builder, can have a (professional) joke with your guests and put a smile on anyones face
- You have barista knowledge and can ultimately remember their orders on arrival for that extra touch would be a bonus
- It is an autonomous role in terms of service, so you are well time managed to ensure all areas of the venue are running in order
- You are tech-savvy to grasp systems in place. POS used for booking, ordering and invoicing and logging maintenance requests
- You can problem-solve and rectify issues as they arise
- Our clients are at times in high-pressure, time poor situations so adapting your service to meet their needs is vital - yet always with a smile
