**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This industry recognised Quantity Surveying firm is well know across the world for their professional and quality services. Their reputation has allowed them to win some of the most difficult projects within the Education, Commercial, Health and Residential Sectors. As a result of their growing opportunities they are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer in order to assist & lead the proposal preparation process for their Quantity Surveying division.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

**DUTIES.**
- Responsible for putting tenders together
- Manage the progress of the proposal details
- Responsible for editing, finalising all submissions
- Coordinate all administration, printing and distribution of proposals
- Manage a tender database
- Supervise ang improve systems and processes

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A team player
- Previous experience as a proposal writer for a Quantity Surveying Firm (preferred)
