Lead Quality Improvement Specialist
This is a key position responsible for ensuring the highest standard of quality and care across all areas of our facilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to establish and maintain quality systems and processes, facilitating continuous improvement measures to enhance quality indicators and resident outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality initiatives
- Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external groups
- Facilitating regular progress reviews and performance assessments
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A registered nursing or healthcare background
- At least 3 years' experience in aged care
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to travel interstate as required
