Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating quality activities and client feedback systems to support all facets of quality improvement across the organization.

This role involves identifying, leading, and participating in quality improvement projects. It also includes reviewing department policies, procedures, and forms at least annually, updating and submitting them for document control as needed.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work within the Risk HCE Operations Team to manage client feedback systems and processes, coordinate internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement, and develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's quality management experience within a health-related field, experience in ISO9001:2015 QMS or like accreditations, and a high level of confidentiality and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, lead, and participate in quality improvement projects
  • Review and update department policies, procedures, and forms
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's quality management experience within a health-related field
  • Experience in ISO9001:2015 QMS or like accreditations
  • High level of confidentiality and exceptional communication skills
