Due to organisational growth and an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities and Property Coordinator to join our Property team. Reporting to the General Manager - Property you will join a supportive and quality driven team where a rewarding career and professional development awaits.
What your day will look like;
- The Facilities & Property Coordinator is responsible for:

- Being the first point of contact in the Property Team for store& head office personnel, Safety Manager and Operations Team to act on maintenance and property issues.
- Managing all Store & Head Office Maintenance, in consultation with General Manager Property,Retail Leasing Manager, Retail Leasing Executive and the Lease Administration Manager
- Providing reporting & administration assistance to the Property team
- Reviewing, planning and coordinating maintenance and facilities services.
- Managing external suppliers, acting as a key contact, processing requests and reviewing services on an ongoing basis to ensure business requirements are met.
- Manage the Store & Head Office Maintenance register via Fresh Services portal and instruct works accordingly
- Liaise with third party contractors and tender projects
- Monitors OH&S, Risk & Compliance issues - urgent and non-urgent, through to compliance & safe environment in consultation with National Safety Manager
- Escalate maintenance issues with Centre Management as required
- Facilitate offsite storage contracts with Centre Management, acting as the key point of contact for the retail team for such requests

What you will bring to the role;
- You will have experience in a retail environment, preferable
- Currently have experience in a property environment preferable but not essential
- Experience using Property Management Systems preferable (Lease Eagle advantageous)
- You are a natural communicator, with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- You can take initiative, prioritise and multi-task, as well as proven time-management skills
- Have a high competency and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills and to be able to work autonomously
