Commercial Property Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety and functionality of commercial properties.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced facilities professional to make a real difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities. You will work closely with our teams to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and safe for all users.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate contractors and arrange maintenance and repairs as required
- Maintain accurate records of property condition and repair history
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain reporting requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in facilities management and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current driver's licence
