Melbourne, Victoria, Australia The Property Advisory Full time

We are looking for an intermediate level Facility Manager who needs to assist in managing varied assigned properties in industrial, retail and commercial assets predominantly in Victoria and Queensland.

This role is hands on role with diverse range of activities which include:

- 1. Negotiating contracts with service providers

2. Provide inductions/training for any service providers

3. Maintain and update administrative policies and processes

4. Ensuring the facility meets safety regulations, OH&S and ESMs

5. Overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, including safety around storage and disposal.

6. Determining and scheduling repairs and maintenance

7. Coordinating safety inspections, including running fire drills

8. Managing the space for maximum efficiency

9. Coordinating any site renovations

To be successful in this role it is preferred you have some experience in Maintenance or Facilities management, coupled with:
Strong organisational skills

A pro-active nature

Outgoing and personable nature

Be detail orientated

Have the ability to work in a team environment

Working alongside a team in the South Melbourne area this is full time role.
