Join a leading retail property network as a facilities coordinator.

A great opportunity has arisen to manage the day-to-day operations of our compliance and maintenance schedule. This role will involve managing all aspects of programmed and reactive maintenance and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Your responsibilities will include communicating regularly with store operations, national facilities management, and property teams on maintenance issues and requests. You will also be responsible for driving cost-effective solutions for outsourced contract work and preparing payments for processing.

You will procure compliant contractors for required work and manage all work orders. Additionally, you will deliver on all compliance and statutory requirements, including regular property audits. Promptly report all OHS hazards, injuries, and incidents while ensuring works comply with OH&S requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office in Rowville. You will join a tight-knit, supportive team with high potential for growth and development opportunities as we increase our retail footprint across Australia.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in multi-site, remote/on-site facilities management or a similar role within a property/facilities management retail environment. They will possess excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail, especially with high volumes of work.
