Proposal Manager Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to fill this key role.

This position is fast-paced and demanding, requiring a high level of proficiency in proposal writing and management.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in writing, marketing, or communication and have at least 2 years' experience in proposal writing or a similar writing/content development role.

Key responsibilities include managing bid response documentation, developing and writing bid and proposal responses, and understanding and communicating bid strategy.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and document presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate customer-focused and creative content.

They will also be proficient in Microsoft packages, have good planning skills, and be able to manage tasks to full completion.

Additional desirable skills include proposal co-ordination/management experience on large complex bids and some knowledge of InDesign.
