About the Role:
This is more than just a Pharmacist position—it's a chance to be a founding team member of a forward-thinking pharmacy. You'll lead daily operations, guide your team, and deliver exceptional care to a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and dispensary servicesDeliver expert medication advice and holistic patient careAccurately dispense prescriptions using MyScriptsSupervise and mentor Interns, Pharmacy Students, and Dispensary AssistantsManage inventory and supply chains efficientlyHelp implement new services and business initiatives tailored to local needsEnsure compliance with Pharmacy Board of Australia, Pharmacy Guild, and QCPP standards
What We're Looking For:
Current AHPRA registration as a PharmacistStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsExceptional communication and customer service abilityHigh level of accuracy, organisation, and accountabilityA team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to community healthExperience or interest in working within a multidisciplinary health setting is a plus
