Pharmacist – Chemist Warehouse Ballarat Health Co is opening a brand-new pharmacy in Ballarat Health Hub. We are seeking a passionate Pharmacist to lead this venture and help shape a new pharmacy from the ground up, with the benefits of regional living just over an hour from Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and dispensary services
  • Deliver expert medication advice and holistic patient care
  • Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
  • Supervise and mentor Interns, Pharmacy Students, and Dispensary Assistants
  • Manage inventory and supply chains efficiently
  • Help implement new services and business initiatives tailored to local needs
  • Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Board of Australia, Pharmacy Guild, and QCPP standards
What We're Looking For
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service ability
  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and accountability
  • A team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to community health
  • Experience or interest in working within a multidisciplinary health setting is a plus
