**Job Description**:

- Communicate sales opportunities/threats for your market to the Merchandise Planner and the Regional Concept Merchandiser
- Cooperate with store teams and be close to the market by having frequent visits for follow up
- Supply your market organization with commercial focuses to set the right priorities to drive stock, both short and long term.
- Coach store teams together with the Area Team on the commercial focuses and take action on the sales opportunities/threats.
- Follow up size availability instore and give feedback on supply chain setup
- Provide the regional merchandising team with your market-and customer knowledge and market input regarding expectations and the price they are willing to pay
- Drive selling and profitable net growth for your markets. Identify selling opportunities and future potentials
- Create and execute allocation strategies that will secure profitability and optimal composition of stock for your market
- Responsible for reduction cost of your market, to optimize the effect of reductions through sale and activities
- Run a market strategy to drive sales net growth that is aligned with your quantified goals
- Adapt the regional commercial beliefs to local needs throughout the commercial planning on the market level
- Be part of creating regular feedback to Regional Merchandising team through monthly commercial reviews and seasonal strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a merchandiser or another analytical role
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence your stakeholders
- Fashion awareness and knowledge of the Australia market
- Proven organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities
- Sales driven and result oriented
- Willingness to travel (30% of time)
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
- Excellent communication skills
