Here at InvoCare, we're offering a unique opportunity to drive the marketing strategy, planning, development and execution for our Marketing and Merchandise Operations business across Australia. InvoCare is a leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We operate private memorial parks and crematoria and are also a leading provider of pet cremation services. **Key success factors**:

- A passion for brand marketing including signage, collateral, fit out and collateral placement.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure merchandise ranges are merchandised to planograms and all ticketing and display standards are adhered to
- Experience in managing lead generation and monitoring targets to ensure they are in line with, or exceeding, performance expectations.
- A desire to truly add value through brand strategy execution such as research and pricing projects.
- Customer obsessed because you deeply care for our offering.
- A passion for mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their performance.
