We are seeking a Manager for our soon to be open Wine / Cheese / Delicatessen in Brunswick East It is the final piece of our new venue at 331-335 Lygon Street, Brunswick East. It will be adjoining our new Pizza Shop Figlia.
- Work with passionate individuals showcasing house-made cheese by Lucy Whitlow and an eclectic wine selection
- Join an expanding group
- This is a new project with a lot of potential growth in business and group

Come join the group that brought you Tipo 00, Osteria Ilaria and most recently Figlia.

The shop itself is quite small, will be open 7 days, closed Public Holidays and run from 11am - 8pm daily. It adjoins our new restaurant Figlia and will focus in:

- Wine
- Lucy Whitlow's cheese which will be made and many aged in house
- Salumi/Smallgoods
- A small selection of curated deli items

We are looking for somebody to take control of the business including ordering and selection of stock. You will be working with our beverage manager on the wine program and have access to our large off-site cellar to help curate a unique wine/beverage offering.

4 or 5 Day Full Time position available.
