Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Wine Bar Professional to join our team. As a key member of the front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting a positive team culture.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a wine bar or similar fast-paced environment, with a strong knowledge of wine and a passion for providing outstanding service. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture through active participation in training and daily management.
  • Provide expert food and wine service recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by engaging with both regular and new guests.
  • Assist with pizza preparation, cheese and charcuterie boards, and snacks to complement our wine offerings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a wine bar or similar environment.
  • A strong knowledge of wine, ideally with WSET certification or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable approach when engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
