We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our retail operation as a Cheese Sales Ambassador. As a key part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors.

In this role, you will be an expert in all things cheese, wine and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced staff to ensure seamless service and high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Become an expert in our extensive range of cheeses, wines and other products, able to make recommendations and provide detailed information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be a friendly and approachable person with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
