Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Facilities Officer.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time and Fixed Time Full Time appointment(s) with the possibility of extension(s).
As a member of Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for:
Arranging the acquisition, registration, monitoring, maintenance, return and replacement of HSS equipment.
Investigating HSS equipment, booking and information systems faults, and facilitating fault resolution as required.
Liaising with building agents and relevant agencies on operational, environment and maintenance matters.
