**The role
**Take charge of a dynamic regional team and shape the future of retirement outcomes for thousands of Australians. You'll lead an 8-person team across your region, driving strategic partnerships with universities, Catholic education offices, and other professional services industries. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and meaningful impact. You will be responsible for
- Developing and executing strategic account plans for key partnerships
- Driving business development initiatives in aligned services sectors
- Managing relationships with key Employers
- Implementing and refining our tiered service modelCollaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance employer experiences

**You're a seasoned people leader who excels at balancing strategic vision with operational know-how. Your strength lies in building and nurturing relationships across complex stakeholder environments, while your coaching mindset enables you to develop high-performing teams. With your strong commercial acumen and proven business development track record, you'll thrive in this role even if you're new to superannuation. We also expect to see your
