  • Community Engagement Consultants: Build strong local networks and partnerships to enhance community involvement.
  • Diversity Recruitment Specialists: Champion inclusive hiring practices and connect employers with diverse talent.
  • Workforce Retention Consultants: Support long-term employment success through proactive retention strategies.

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

  • A genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development (role-dependent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and initiative.
  • Team leadership or coordination experience (for leadership roles).
  • An understanding of local labour markets and barriers to employment in regional communities.
  • A current driver's licence and the ability to travel locally as required.
