Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Employment Director to lead the delivery of employment services across a defined regional footprint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving employment outcomes, developing high-performing teams, and building strategic partnerships with employers and communities to foster inclusive employment opportunities for people with intellectual disability.

About You: You have a proven track record in leadership roles within employment, disability or community services, with a strong commercial and financial acumen. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and communities is essential to your success in this role. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality employment support
  • Manage performance against caseload, revenue and service delivery KPIs
  • Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships
  • Ensure contract compliance and financial sustainability
