If you're someone who loves building relationships, solving problems and creating exceptional customer experiences, this could be your next big step.In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will play a key part in delivering high-level service to our members.
You'll manage client relationships, support smooth day-to-day operations, and help build a strong and connected business community.What you'll be doing:Be the primary point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experienceBuild strong relationships with clients from a variety of industries and backgroundsManage member onboarding, licence renewals, and daily queries with efficiency and careCoordinate meeting room bookings, catering orders, AV setup and room presentationGenerate and manage invoices, track payments, and handle billing enquiriesAssist the sales team with walk-in tours, proposals and CRM updatesMaintain presentation standards across the Centre and ensure everything runs smoothlyWork closely with the General Manager and Space Lead to continuously improve the member experienceWe're looking for someone who:Has 2+ years of experience in client services, office administration, coworking or hospitalityCommunicates confidently and clearly, both in writing and face-to-faceIs highly organised, solutions-oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic environmentCan work independently while contributing positively to a small, supportive teamHas experience using platforms like HubSpot, or is keen to learnBrings a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer serviceWhy you'll love working with us:Join a collaborative, high-performing team that values your contributionEnjoy beautifully designed, A-grade offices in a central CBD locationTake part in regular team dinners, events and a supportive workplace cultureAccess career growth opportunities and gain broad experience across business operationsEnjoy staff perks through our employee engagement platformIf you're passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences and ready to grow your career with a leading flexible workspace provider, we'd love to hear from you.Please apply via Seek only.
