We are seeking an energetic professional to join our Retirement Living business as a Village Manager.

The successful candidate will be based at our coastal village, set across 60 acres of rainforest and parklands, a short walk from Mooloolaba Beach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to lead our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing operational plans and projects to drive growth and improvement
  • Maintaining compliance with laws and regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all
  • Implementing company policies to enhance resident satisfaction and experience
  • Assisting with the running of village events and activities, promoting community engagement and connection
  • Contributing to effective resident management, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Providing assistance with budgeting and financial processing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

About you:

  • You will have a proactive and customer-focused attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Able to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations, with a willingness to learn and professionally develop
