Job Title:
Strategic Digital Engineering Lead
We are seeking an experienced individual to drive our digital engineering strategy in Australia.
The successful candidate will lead the client-facing roadmap and market penetration strategies across the Australian region.
Key responsibilities include growing demand for digital engineering services with established and new clients, helping implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities, developing BIM and digital engineering practices, and communicating the value proposition to the organisation.
About You:
A relevant tertiary qualification and Accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650 is required.
Solid track record in developing and leading technically capable teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration and excellence.
Strong communication skills and experience in leadership positions with demonstrated capability gained in complex organisations.
