The successful candidate will drive the client facing roadmap and market penetration strategies across the Australian Business. They will motivate team members to encourage innovative thinking, develop new ideas/approaches and promote the values of their organisation.
About This Opportunity- Growing demand for digital engineering services with both established and new clients
- Help implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities
- Developing BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability, and sharing these practices with clients and delivery practitioners within their organisation
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO. A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable, diverse and high performing teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration and excellence is also required.
You Will Also Have- Experience in leadership positions with demonstrated capability gained in complex organisations (business or organisational leadership, people leadership)
- Experience leading change and influencing a broad group of stakeholders to adopt new ways of working
