**About the Role**: The Digital Transformation Leader will have strong experience as a Product Manager with technical background, helping our engineering team deliver measurable results for users and the business.

**About You and Your Skills**: You will be a seasoned Product Manager with a good understanding of technology and act as a mediator between stakeholders and the business.

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager (Technical) or similar, ideally 7+ years' experience.
  • Experience supporting digital channels in large organisations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfortable with change.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with other product teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability, and accessibility.
