Financial Leadership Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced finance leader to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the financial accounting team
- Deliver month-end reporting for the group, including balance sheet reconciliations, adjustment journals and variance analysis
- Manage external audit and other compliance requirements, overseeing preparation of financial statements and supporting workpapers
- Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc financial reports for senior leaders
- Assist Commercial team with forecasts
- Support decision-making with financial information and reporting
- Collaborate with Financial Controller on cash flow management
Requirements:
- CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Hands-on manager with experience in finance management roles, leading teams and driving outcomes
- Proven expertise in accounting standards, IT systems and Excel/financial modelling skills, preferably with SAP experience
- Transformational leadership experience with success in leading teams through change and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex data into actionable plans
