Our organisation is seeking an experienced finance leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the financial accounting team
  • Deliver month-end reporting for the group, including balance sheet reconciliations, adjustment journals and variance analysis
  • Manage external audit and other compliance requirements, overseeing preparation of financial statements and supporting workpapers
  • Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc financial reports for senior leaders
  • Assist Commercial team with forecasts
  • Support decision-making with financial information and reporting
  • Collaborate with Financial Controller on cash flow management

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Hands-on manager with experience in finance management roles, leading teams and driving outcomes
  • Proven expertise in accounting standards, IT systems and Excel/financial modelling skills, preferably with SAP experience
  • Transformational leadership experience with success in leading teams through change and process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex data into actionable plans
