In this role, you'll work closely with our Head of Risk & Compliance to drive a strong risk culture, oversee internal processes and procedures, and provide expert advice to the Executive Team.We're proud to offer flexible work options and prioritise work-life balance.
This part-time role (24 hours per week) can be tailored to suit your needs—let's discuss how we can make it work for you
Key Responsibilities:Manage compliance risks across the firm including AML / CTF, AFSL, ACL, CAANZ etc.Provide training and support on risk & compliance mattersMonitor incidents, breaches and complaints, and embed controls in collaboration with the Executive TeamBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standardsOffer guidance on legislative and regulatory changes that impact the company's compliance obligationsReview and approve marketing materials and other external communications to ensure legal and regulatory complianceKey Requirements:Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industryExperience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements, highly regardedExperience with working with ASIC, highly regardedIf you're ready to start your career with us, apply now and be part of a team that values growth, innovation, and making a real difference.
