We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team in Queensland.
In this role, you\'ll support and lead the preparation of bids and proposals that reflect our innovative, sustainability-driven approach, working closely with Project Directors and technical teams to develop compelling submissions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in design and document preparation who is looking to grow into a Bid Writer role.

What is your role?
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, client-focused bid submissions.
You will interpret client scopes, craft compelling narratives within bid responses and other collateral (e.g., Capability Statements), and tailor responses to articulate our value proposition.
You will work with the National Bid Team and Project Directors to ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives.
You will autonomously manage deadlines and deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential to produce professional, visually engaging documents that reflect our brand and capabilities.
This role offers a clear pathway to progress into a Bid Writer position as you develop your skills and experience.
About You
Proven experience in bid coordination, submissions, or related design/document roles, ideally within an architecture, construction, or design-focused environment.
Strong layout, formatting, and presentation skills with PowerPoint and Word.
Creative skills in Adobe Creative Suite to design visually engaging documents.
Ability to interpret scopes and requirements, collaborating with Project Directors to shape clear and persuasive responses.
Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Queensland and available to support bids across local and national projects.
Interested in progressing toward a Bid Writer role.
