We are seeking a
Bid Coordinator
to join our team in Queensland. In this role, you'll support and lead the preparation of bids and proposals that reflect our innovative, sustainability-driven approach, working closely with Project Directors and technical teams to develop compelling submissions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in design and document preparation who is looking to grow into a Bid Writer role.

What is your role?
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, client-focused bid submissions. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

You will collaborate closely with the National Bid Team and Project Directors to interpret client scopes, craft compelling narratives within bid responses and other collateral, such as Capability Statements, tailoring responses that clearly articulate our value proposition. Your ability to work autonomously will be essential in ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite will be essential in producing professional, visually engaging documents that reflect our brand and capabilities. This role offers a clear pathway for career progression, with opportunities to grow into a Bid Writer position as you continue to develop your skills and experience.

About You

• You have proven experience in bid coordination, submissions, or related design/document roles, ideally within an architecture and construction industry or design-focused environment.
• You're confident working with PowerPoint and Word, with strong layout, formatting, and presentation skills.
• You have creative skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to design compelling, visually engaging documents.
• You can interpret scopes and requirements, collaborating with Project Directors to shape clear and persuasive responses.
• You have an eye for detail, are organised, and thrive on managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You're based in Queensland and ready to support bids across local and national projects.
• You're looking to level up your career and progress towards a Bid Writer role.
